Father Judge High School student-athletes are provided the opportunity to complete the required PIAA pre-participation physical prior to the start of the 2025-2026 school year. All student-athletes must have this physical completed prior to the start of athletic competition (including tryouts). This form must be dated after May 1st, 2025. Physicians from Temple
University will be on campus to offer this opportunity for athletes that plan to participate on fall, winter, or spring athletic teams.
