PIAA Pre-Participation Physical for Sports Registration
All students that aspire to play on an athletic team & will participate in tryouts for the upcoming season, must register through our athletics department. Registration is available using the Family ID portal. Section 6 of the PIAA Pre-Participation Physical form must be uploaded to the student account prior to the start of athletic participation.
